Ed.EQ Advocacy Training II

Open to the Public!!!

U.S. News & World Report recently cited a 2020 study showing that nationally, black students lost 103 days of school instruction per 100 students enrolled. This is 82 more days than the 21 days their white peers lost due to out-of-school suspensions.

In response, ACEI has partnered with world renown academic and foremost education equity expert, Dr. J. Luke Wood and Black Minds Matter to craft and provide "EdEQ": an education equity advocacy training for those interested in impacting grades K-12.

This webinar will provide participants resources, tips and training for any and all interested in advocating for educational equity in their community and will serve as a prelude to the coming Day of Actions scheduled for November 2021.
